images-4.jpegimages-4.jpegimages-4.jpeg The Commonwealth Coast Conference Tournament: • No. 1 ranked UNE Men's basketball team (19-4, 12-1 TCCC) will host No. 8 Western New England on Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the Campus Center • The UNE women's team (19-65, 12-1) are the No. 3 seed and will host No. 6 Western New England on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Campus Center. Little East Tournament: • The No. 3 seed USM women (19-6, 9-5) women will host No. 6 Rhode Island College at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. • The No. 8 seeded USM men (5-20, 2-12 LEC) will travel to No. 1 seed Rhode Island College for the first round tonight. Great Northeast Athletic Conference Tournament: • The St. Joe's men team clinched the No. 3 seed in the GNAC on Saturday. The Monks will host No. 6 Rivier College (14-11, 9-9 GNAC) in the GNAC quarterfinal matchup on Tuesday. Game time: 7 p.m. • A 63-44 win over Lassall College on Saturday earned the St. Joe's women the eighth and final seed in the GNAC tournament. The Monks (13-12, 6-6 GNAC) will play at No. 1 seed Emmanuel College (18-7, 11-1 GNAC) on Tuesday at 6 PM.

A former Portland Pirates beat writer who has covered two winter Olympics for the paper, Jenn will expand her beat this year to include the University of Southern Maine, St. Joseph's College, Bowdoin College, the University of New England, and Southern Maine Community College.

She will continue to cover the University of Maine Black Bears, the state's only division one program.
